About Johan Greyling

Photography is where this started, and video and drone work now run through the same process. I spent five years as Master Photographer with Princess Cruises before going freelance, and I trained at the Stellenbosch Academy of Design & Photography. That is more than ten years of shooting for brands, venues and events. I am also a licensed drone pilot.

Photo, film or drone, every job is shot and directed by me. Extra crew only gets brought in if the brief actually calls for it, so there is one person making the calls from the first frame to the final edit. A campaign can move from stills to an aerial pass to an interview clip without switching suppliers or losing the look.

The work spans brand and campaign content, hospitality and food, corporate events, concerts and conferences, headshots and team photography, interviews and video, and aerial coverage. Clients range from restaurants and beauty brands to fitness companies, clinics, film awards and touring artists.

Where I work

Based in Ayrshire, I cover Glasgow, Edinburgh and the rest of Scotland and the UK, and work internationally by request.
